OX40 Ligand Inhibitors for Moderate-to-Severe Atopic Dermatitis: A Review of Phase II Clinical Trial Data
The OX40-OX40 ligand pathway has emerged as a promising therapeutic target for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, offering a novel approach that simultaneously addresses multiple inflammatory pathways involved in disease pathogenesis. This review examines phase II clinical trial data for three monoclonal antibodies targeting this pathway: amlitelimab, rocatinlimab, and telazorlimab.
